Act Tower is a skyscraper in Hamamatsu, Japan. It is 213 meters tall, and has 45 floors, making it the tallest building in Hamamatsu, and the tallest building in Japan outside of the Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya metropolitan areas. It was constructed in 1994, and houses the Okura City Hotel in its top 17 floors, as well as observation deck on its top floor. The building was designed to resemble a harmonica, in line with Hamamatsu's notable music culture.[1][2]
