Description2016 0624 Tjauw min moksie meti speciaal.jpg
English: Tjauw min moksi meti speciaal at a Surinamese-Chinese eatery in Amsterdam. It is a dish of mixed Chinese meat dishes ("moksi meti" is Surinamese for "mixed meat"), consisting of cha siu, siu yuk, lap cheong, and Cantonese grilled chicken, served on egg noodles that have been stir-fried with bean sprouts, garlic and soy sauce (tjauw min is the Dutch spelling for chow mein). In this particular eatery, the speciaal (Dutch for "special") version contains the whole selection of grilled meats instead of just two in the normal version.
