==Skills Competition==
The [[NHL All-Star Skills Competition]], scheduled for February 2, has been revamped. Instead of having individual winners for each skill event, twelve specific players will now compete in multiple events to determine an overall winner. Each player will first compete in four of the following six events: Fastest Skater, Hardest Shot, Stick Handling, One Timers, Passing Challenge, and Accuracy Shooting. The top eight will then advance to the Shoot Out. From there, the top six advance to the final event, the Obstacle Course.<ref name="skills">{{cite web |url=https://www.nhl.com/news/nhl-all-star-skills-competition-to-feature-new-format |title=2024 NHL All-Star Skills to feature 8 events, $1 million prize |website=nhl.com |date=December 12, 2023}}</ref>
