I nominate Robert McClenon to be Editor of the Week for his incredible work in mediating dispute resolution, as well as his work at the Teahouse, Help Desk, administrative noticeboards, and his valuable insight in any discussion he contributes to. Although article work makes up just 11% of his edit count, he more than makes up for it with his dedication at help venues and dispute resolution. Also, as an arbitration clerk myself, I can testify that Robert was an absolute pleasure to work with during his term as a trainee clerk. Robert McClenon is truly one of Wikipedia's unsung heroes.
