[[Sarbajit Roy]] (the spelling he uses on his websites) was deleted and protected from creation in November 2014 [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarbajit_Roy] following [[Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2014_November_10#Sarbajit_Roy|this RfD discussion]]. I can't give much of an opinion since I cannot see the revisions deleted in the present article nor in the deleted original article. (It was originally an article, and then changed to redirect.) I suggest you contact an admin who can see the previous versions of the original [[Sarbajit Roy]] and the revisions of this one for comparison. In any case, I would think that there are grounds for speedy deleting this one on the basis of the original protection from creation.
