I would suggest the arbs review the material presented in the case. The fact that the requester indicated the subject Kenji Miyazawa could not have been something he clearly was because of the nationalist implication raises in my eyes serious questions regarding his competence to edit in this field which is much more contentious than Japanese poets.i wish I could find the exact time he stated he was the only one he could trust to edit the draft page for Kenji Miyazawa also raises questions regarding his ability to work in contentious topics. Unfortunately I haven't figured out how to copy addresses with the new machine here yet. I would also welcome input from the other parties to the original arbitration none of who seem to have been notified of this.
