Ohhh maybe I like ~~Vector 2022~~Minerva source editing best? with the 2010 toolbar ON (under Editing) but the 2006 toolbar OFF (under Gadgets) and the new wikitext option ~~OFF~~ON (under Beta features) bc ofc u need to go to 3 different places to pick the least insufficent toolbar
