Nagaizumi (長泉町, Nagaizumi-chō) is a town located in Suntō District, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 August 2019, the town had an estimated population of 43,568 in 18154 households [1] and a population density of 1,600 persons per km2. The total area of the town was 26.63 square kilometres (10.28 sq mi).

With the establishment of the modern municipalities system in the early Meiji period on April 1, 1888, the area was reorganized into the village of Nagaizumi through the merger of 10 small hamlets. Nagaizumi achieved town status on April 1, 1960.
