Derrychrin (Irish: Doire Crann; ie Oakwood of the very large tree) is a small village in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, on the border with County Londonderry in the parish of Ballinderry. Along with Ballylifford, it makes up the parish/area of Ballinderry. The two villages are usually combined and known as Ballinderry, rather than by their own names repectively. Recent developments have made the two villages almost indistinguable from one another anyway. Many new developments are taking place in the area with a large number of new houses being built.
