Juliusz Nowina-Sokolnicki (b. 1920) self-styled President of Poland in Exile (London, (1972-1990) who also uses the title of "Count" despite the fact that his branch of the Sokolonicki family never received a title. Mostly known for establishing the unrecognized Order of Saint Stanislaus.
