Subhro Bandyopadhyay (pen name of Subhransu Banerjee) is a Bengali poet and translator and founder editor of poetry magazine Podyocharcha (founded in 1999). |

He was born in Kolkata in 1978. He is the recipient of first ever Beca Antonio Machado for poetry<ref>http://www.antoniomachado.info/beca.htm</ref>. He has 3 volumes of poetry to his credit, and a book of essay. His poems had been translated into English and Spanish.
