File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:KateLawler.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

Screenshots of the messages are probably the best way to handle this. Forward them to the address and tag the uploads as {{OTRS pending}} so they aren't deleted in the mean time, and we can probably consider it resolved. RE: WP:RPP

Thank you for the courtesy note. Please feel free to seek a second opinion on the protection request. However please note that unless the article is a BLP, most admins are unwilling to protect articles unless they are the target of sustained vandalism (see this for a good example). Since List of Big Brother 2009 housemates (UK) has only been reverted once in the past couple of days, I almost declined it noting " Declined – Not enough recent disruptive activity to justify protection." However since your request explicitly noted that you wanted an extra week of protection in order "to polish the article," I declined with " Declined – Pages are not protected preemptively." That said, had a page protection request been made on the 10th (when there were over a dozen reverts) I would have been more than willing to protect it for 24 - 48 hours.

I love that show, it airs in syndication heavily here and I still watch it at least once a day. Thanks for the offer on the USA articles. I swear this year there has been more drama over BB articles, Wikipedia could have made their own BB show. I mean editors that like to edit the USA articles will show up one season and then vanish and won't help with past seasons just the current one. I will take you up on that after the season ends. I wish people would read the project page more, I was wanting to get the task forces up by the start of BB10 UK and BB11 USA but nothing. All this time we editors have been involved in editing the main articles while Another Believer has been working on List of Big Brother (U.S.) HouseGuests all this time. User Sandbox Deletion Reply

As the creator of these pages I will decide if, and when, these pages are deleted, the sandbox pages 1-9 I was going to delete them anyway I was just researching how to delete the pages, however I need to keep 10 and 11 for future reference until 17th October 2009, I have ALL the information on the pages stored as documents on my PC and I WILL re-create and re-create the pages (sandboxes 10/11) if they keep on getting deleted.
