Michael Mastro,87, is an American real estate developer who declared bankruptcy in 2009 and is facing extradition from France. He, and his wife have been charged with 43 counts of bankruptcy fraud and money laundering. They have been arrested in Lake Annecy in the French Alps on October 24, 2012. [1] </ref> [2] [3]
