Dean Dunham (b. 1976) is a solicitor and barrister who is the former ombudsman at The Retail Ombudsman, a former Alternative Dispute Resolution provider in the UK.[1]

As a lawyer he has represented celebrities including Freddie Starr.

In 2009 he collaborated with the restauranteur Jean-Christophe Novelli to launch a restaurant in Northampton.[2] The venture failed within a year. Dunham Limited trading as Dunham Novelli, was incorporated in 2004 and went into liquidation in 2010 owing more than £344,000 to many creditors including HMRC, which was owed more than £46,000 for unpaid PAYE contributions by Dunham Limited. He was a Limited Liability Partnership Designated Member of Dunham Solicitors which was incorporated in 2005 and went into liquidation in 2011 and was struck off the Companies House register on 2 May 2016. The company owed £728,396 to various creditors [4]
