I rated this article as a stub for pretty basic reasons:
  • It is labelled a stub
  • No sources at all
  • Not much information about her early life or more recent life
  • The article is very much like that of the stuff one finds on the back of a CD (ie, only surface information, not a lot of detail about anything)
  • Pictures? (If at all possible, perhaps all of them are copyrighted)
  • Virtually unstructured in some ways, the paragraphs do not really lead into each other, they seem to just be randomly assembled facts
  • No real information (we are just told she is very good) about her piano playing (see Vladimir Horowitz) such as what she plays, how, what she specialises in etc
  • External links, if any exist, would be good
  • Information in where she has played is scarce, ie, no mention of what she actually played or where in the USSR
  • No information on anything other than piano playing (marriages etc)

Strengths of this article are that it is encyclopaedic in tone, it is direct and that the spelling and grammar are good.

Hope that helps --Hydraton31 11:00, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
