Sudhir Chaudhary is an Indian journalist and media personality. He is the editor-in-chief and CEO[2][3][4] of Zee News, WION, Zee Business, Zee 24 Taas[3] and hosts the prime-time show Daily News & Analysis (DNA) on Zee News.[5][6] He is the most watched news anchor of India and hosts the world’s most watched prime time news show at 9pm - DNA (Daily News & Analysis) on Zee News.

Career

Chaudhary has been working in the television news industry since the 1990s. Belonging to the first generation of television journalists,[7] he was in live television reporting and then 24 hours news television.[8] Chaudhary was told to have been in the squad which has covered the VajpayeeMusharraf Indo-Pak meeting at Islamabad,[9] after the 2001 Indian Parliament attack.

In 2003, he left Zee News. He was instrumental in the launch of Sahara Samay, the Hindi-language news channel of the Sahara group. He also joined India TV for a brief time. In 2012, he rejoined Zee News, where he hosts the news show Daily News & Analysis (DNA).[10][11][12][13] Before heading Zee News he was the Editor & CEO of Live India & Mi Marathi channels of the SAB TV group promoted by Sri Adhikari Brothers.

Sudhir Chaudhary’s unique style of storytelling has touched millions of viewers across age groups and regions. He is known for his no-holds-barred reportage. He is also one of the “Top 10 Most followed verified journalists worldwide”. From the political battle fields of different Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections, to the heights of Kargil and the terrorist attack on the Indian Parliament, Sudhir Chaudhary has covered every big news story in India from the spot. He also covered on the conflict in West Asia, with ground reports from the toughest battlegrounds in Syria in 2017. He has interviewed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on multiple occasions and created major electoral headlines. India’s biggest political leaders and union ministers have appeared on his show.
