TED University is a foundation university founded by the Turkish Education Association Higher Education Foundation on July 7, 2009[1]. It started education in the 2012-2013 academic year with 320 students. The medium of instruction at TED University is English. It is the second higher education institution in Türkiye which offers liberal arts style education after Sabancı University. TED University is one of the three foundation universities accredited by the Higher Education Quality Board in 2021, along with Koç University and Bilkent University.
