Hi there! I am new and logged into Wikipedia from my phone for the first time. I did a style tutorial and wanted to add the badge to my user page but instead seem to have created a page titled with my IP address rather than my user name. Please help! - Following an RFC, the policy on restoration of adminship has been updated. All former administrators may now only regain the tools following a request at the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard within 5 years of their most recent admin action. Previously this applied only to administrators deysopped for inactivity.

- @Nchbca3: Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I've left a note on your talk page, with some useful links and tips. I would recommend that you would go through the tutorial before you start editing. Regarding writing an article, I would recommend getting some experience editing existing articles, before writing a new one. When you feel ready, you can use the article wizard.
