Mambo Diabolico features a diverse lineup of musicians and performers, including Ego Plum, who serves as Composer, Musical Director, and plays Guitars and Vocals. Lena-Marie Cardinale provides vocals, while Steven Sarmiento handles Bass and Guitars, Aaron Cohen contributes on Organ and Percussion, and Alen Hansen plays Drums and Percussion, Richard Elfman adds Congas, and Anastasia Elfman offers Cello, Theremin, and Choreography. The brass section includes Luis Rojas on Tenor Saxophone, Felix Diaz on Trumpet, Max Mineer on Trombone, and Howard Hardaway on Baritone Saxophone. [4]

The band has payed tribute to legendary singer Yma Sumac by interpreting novel versions of Yma Sumac’s music. [5]

In Movies

Mambo Diabolico has been featured in Darren Lynn Bousman’s immersive production Theatre Macabre. Additionally, the band contributed to the soundtracks of Richard Elfman's movies Aliens, Clowns & Geeks in (2019) and Bloody Bridget in 2024.[6]
