He also played an escaped android in the post apocalyptic film Slipstream, which also starred Mark Hamill and Bill Paxton.

Peck's other television work included Natural Lies (1991), An Ungentlemanly Act (1992) and The Scold's Bridle (1998). He also played The Soldier in the episode of the television series The Storyteller called "The Soldier and Death". Peck was educated at the Leeds College of Art where he received a diploma in Art & Design. Before breaking into film and tv work he was a regular actor for the Royal Shakespeare Company alongside Sir Ian McKellen, Sir Donald Sinden and Dame Judi Dench.
