Michelle Leonard (born 5 June 1973) is a British singer and songwriter. She was raised in Germany, going to English schools there and shared her music teacher with artists such as Tanita Tikaram.[citation needed] EMI music publishing signed her when she was 17.[citation needed] As an artist, Leonard's songs included "Feel So Perfect". The song was used for a pan-European C&A campaign which went on for three years, with different films around the song. She was the headliner in Munich at the new year's celebrations in 2000. AXE (LYNX) also used one of her songs in their advertising.
Leonard's voice can be heard on a number of songs such as "Such a Surge" with "Instant Replay" or on several dance tracks such as "The Mob" with falling (dance hit which she recorded when she was 17: The theme from Twin peaks). Between 2001 and 2004, Leonard was involved in a number of experimental projects and performed at several art happenings and underground events around the world.[citation needed]
