Kristin Minter (born in 1965) is an American actor. She is best known for playing the role of Kathy Winslow in the cult Vanilla Ice vehicle Cool as Ice. She has taken bit roles in numerous television series, most notably in ER in which she played the character Randi Fronczak for 72 episodes from 1995-2003.
Born in Miami, Florida, Minter grew up in Yardley, Pennsylvania. She has three brothers.
