:You will need to get them to explicitly release the image under a [[WP:GFDL|GFDL]] compatible license, something like "I hereby release this image under the terms of the GFDL." Then record it using the [[WP:OTRS|OTRS service]]. A word of advice: master the basics first before you go around trying to secure releases.
