== Improvement ==

I think I have significantly improved the article. I have also cited sources and deleted very biased statements. How can I urge the wiki people to re-rate the articles?
thanks, birkhe.

Assess

This appears to be the top school in Nepal. We really need references to prove this. The article needs sub-headings, an infobox, some more pictures. It is not easy doing this with so few examples of similar schools. Do try asking at the schools project for help or 15:00, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

At present there are 12 houses. For more information:www.bnks.edu.np All SEBS members are requested to contribute to the article... - BNKS Student 900 'c'

Rather than requesting others to do something, it could be better if the person did it himself. Also there was a biased line talking about Saipal ("Saipal is the best") which has been removed. Please refrain yourself from writing such biased and non-informative stuffs. And if you find any of those please remove it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.121.224.12 (talk) 10:41, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

POV

"The school is the best school in the whole country and it will be a complete waste of time to say that there are major disclipinary problems arising in this school."

That's an ugly sentence. Break it down into a few shorter ones.

Notes

Adding colour! .... nice to see you understood

You cannot cut and paste your own web site. Reasons are 1. Copyright - there is no proof of permission 2. School web site is a biased source.

Try and use more than one source and use new phrases. Victuallers 10:28, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

trivia page

I just moved the cultural traits and section to a sub page. Though some may deem such information important, I don't think they'd meet the Notability guideline. Moreso, the section was trivia. Utsav80|Blabber 08:01, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Note that subpages don't actually work in article space; trying to create one just makes a page whose title contains a /. Olaf Davis (talk) 12:32, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have been away from Wikipedia for a while now. thanks for the reminder. The subpage has been up for deletion - Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Budhanilkantha School/Cultural traits and quirks. Do you think it would be a better idea to include the section in the parent page? I don't know for sure if it should be removed. Utsav80|Blabber 06:47, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think any of the material is encyclopedic enough to warrant inclusion. If there were reliable sources talking about the significance of a particular bit of slang / etc. which came from this school then a case could be made for keeping that bit alone, but I rather doubt it. Olaf Davis (talk) 12:51, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your input. All students passing out (about 100 or more in a year) are aware of the slang terms mentioned. Most are used during school activities year round, while cheering for their respective houses. I don't know if any reliable sources can vouch for that. I doubt if a lot of things particular to Nepal can have reliable sources; there's very little material available on the internet. Cheers! Utsav80|Blabber 05:14, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
