Koho is an Australian designer and developer of specialised housing for single people including the elderly and people with disabilities. Koho was founded by Adam Bennett-Smith in 2003 in response to a shortage of affordable housing solutions for single people.

Koho is the creator of the the coho housing model which is an affordable cohousing solution for single people. Koho designs are characterised by a residential scale building that contains between 4 and 6 self contained units.

Koho designs incorporate the external aesthetic and amenity of a detached house while providing the occupants with the privacy of studio apartments. The model was developed to provide housing for single people in areas where dwelling types are predominately designed for families such as new housing estates. The model aims to provide single people with the opportunity to live close to family and friends rather than move to high density areas where accommodation for single people is generally found.

Koho offers clients design, development and management services under licence.

Koho clients include Government, NGOs and the private sector.
