Speedy deletion contested: Ready Flowers Limited

Hi there,
Thank you and hoping you may be able to help with this.
Readyflowers came to light recently following an investigation by the ACCC (Australia's Trade Commission). The Owner, a Mr Hegarty has been closely linked with potential fraud (still under investigation). The wiki page is written by Mr Hegarty. The links he uses to site references are (bar two) invalid. The company is potentially fraudulant.
We have tried to put a notice on the Wiki page that company is under investigation, but the owner deleted it. Tried again, and the owner deleted it again.
Notice is as follows (and is backed by an article from the Syndey Morning Hearld (national newspaper):
ACCC and NSW Fair Trade Investigate Ready flowers
Following multiple complaints, the NSW Fair Trade commission have appointed a dedicated case officer to review the trading activities of readyflowers.com. The ACCC have opened their own file into the running of this business.
As reported by the Sydney Morning Herald: “NSW Fair Trading said it had received "a number of complaints" and had appointed a case officer to handle complaints relating to Ready Flowers.”...“Many customers have taken to websites such as productreview.com.au, Whirlpool and fair-trading.com to complain about Ready Flowers”.
Complaints range from non-delivery through to incorrect delivery dates, poor products being sourced, Call Centre number not being answered, poor customer service.
