:Sorry for the slow reply - home internet has been down since 12 January. As I've said before, and have also said on the article talk page again today, my issue was with statements that USADA "found Armstrong guilty" of doping, on the basis of procedural defects. Sorry for the slow reply - home internet has been down since 12 January. As I've said before, and have also said on the article talk page again today, my issue was with statements that USADA "found Armstrong guilty" of doping, on the basis of procedural defects.
