Speedy deletion nomination of Masked killer
Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Masked killer, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ~~ GB fan ~~ talk 01:51, 18 December 2009 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to D-Generation X, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.
- Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
- Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
- The following is the log entry regarding this warning: D-Generation X was changed by Taffe316 (u) (t) deleting 11950 characters on 2009-12-22T01:44:22+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 01:44, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
The recent edit you made to D-Generation X has been reverted, as it removed all content from the page without explanation. Please do not do this, as it is considered vandalism; use the sandbox for testing. If you think the page should be deleted, see this page for instructions. Thank you. Smokizzy (talk) 01:45, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to D-Generation X. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Smokizzy (talk) 01:46, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 23
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Luke Gregerson, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Jim Johnson and Texas Rangers (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Jamal Crawford
What are you doing? Can't you read my explanation as to why I'm removed the Sixth Man of the Year stuff? And why do you keep reverting without giving an explanation? Crawford has not been named the sixth man yet, when it is listed at NBA.com, it is official. C'mon. DaHuzyBru (talk) 15:51, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Jamal Crawford. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.
Also, your edit summaries here and here do not suggest a constructive attitude. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 21:21, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Chris Sale
Robertson and Rosenthal are current closers, Sale is not. Per WP:Baseball consensus it was decided that only triple crown stats go in the infobox. Saves can go in the infobox, but only if there is a high amount or they are current closers. I'd even support it if Sale was still a relief pitcher, but since he's a starter who is highly unlikely to add to his total, they shouldn't be there.--Yankees10 19:24, 18 May 2014 (UTC)

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Doug Fister Nats 2014.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Doug Fister Nats 2014.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.
If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 00:16, 22 May 2014 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Doug Fister Nats 2014.jpg
A tag has been placed on File:Doug Fister Nats 2014.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 00:17, 22 May 2014 (UTC)

Jimmy Rollins
Here is why I think it is better the section titles/subheadings I re-instituted. His career has been entirely with the Phillies, and as such, there is no need for a team name subheader. Also, he has been there for 15 years, so a) it is necessary to subdivide his career but b) 15 separate subheadings looks choppy. What are your thoughts? Is your objection to the grouping, or to the subtitles? Thanks. Go Phightins! 19:30, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
I just don't like the subtitles, the grouping is ok though. I guess in a way a do like sections divided by year, I guess that's just my style. The groupings can stay though, I just consider the subtitles a little unnecessary. User: Taffe316
- All right, I'll cut the subtitles and keep the groupings. Go Phightins! 20:08, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
"free agent"
"Free agent" isn't a proper noun, therefore it shouldn't be capitalized in the Jose Valverde infobox. It's the same thing as a heading which the WP Manual of Style says should be in sentence case. See MOS:SECTIONCAPS. — X96lee15 (talk) 20:28, 27 May 2014 (UTC)
May 2014
Your recent editing history at Jose Valverde shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. X96lee15 (talk) 20:41, 27 May 2014 (UTC)

Regardless of what you think about my faith, that is not an appropriate attitude for a Wikipedia editor. And from looking at some of the other conversations here on your talk page, this apparently isn't the first time that someone has taken an issue with your attitude. Personal attacks are not tolerated here, and if you continue making them, you will most likely get blocked. So for your own good, I suggest that you stop it with the attitude. --A guy saved by Jesus (talk) 19:21, 3 June 2014 (UTC)

- Well, if you want to be a productive editor on Wikipedia, you need to learn to have a filter, and you also need to learn to have respect for others. I can see you getting yourself into a lot of trouble here otherwise. --A guy saved by Jesus (talk) 21:04, 3 June 2014 (UTC)
- Taffe316, I hate to make threats, but another comment like that will warrant a block. You may not personally attack other editors like that, and if you do, you are violating WP:NPA, which can be a blockable offense in egregious cases, which your comment to A guy saved by Jesus was. Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at List of music considered the worst. Your edits have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
