(Steve)Ref: To Scarian 7/8 Dec: Contextually, however, to sufficiently define and identify the subject of the article, it may be necessary to include unpublished references, being my military and other credentials, biography, judicial records, constitutional issues, and my associations with Ministers and the monarchy & etc. *On my return from my USA scholarships in 1981, on research criteria set by the British Admiralty; Norwegian, Swedish and the US Navies, I was helicoptered onto three diving vessels in the North Atlantic, as their 24/7 life-support and electrical systems technician. Resolving their criteria with each innovation saving £40.000 per hour offshore-downtime, my designs were re-fitted into the Stena Seaspread (future) Falklands War support vessel. Refusing the Stephaniturm gold-salvage on HM Edinburgh war-grave, ended this career.
1981: (Civilian): Specialist Technician: “Tender Carrier” – “Tender Workhorse” and “Stena Seaspread” WWT Citation: The subject of this letter, Stephen McDermott, worked for this company during 1981 on a wide variety of electronic and electrical systems on saturation (Oxy-helium) diving systems in the North Sea, British and Norwegian sectors. Stephen was a very willing and keen worker and cannot be faulted for effort. His technical ability is good in a very varied and demanding field where working conditions are not good. The work scope in particular, covers from instrumentation – gas analysis – television, as well as main power distribution circuitry and the highly specialized underwater electrical systems.

1982/3: (Civilian): Ministry of Defence: Design and Innovation Section: National and international security clearance: 9/12/1983: MoD: (D/INV/U/1/5/01AB–10) (F-E): Integrated aerial navigation; surveillance, reconnaissance and terrain, positioning system. Defence Intelligence Analysis Staff: Declassified Secret: UK eyes only: Air Defence Region: Scientific & Technical details of (F-E) system design, materials & operation.

1983: Supreme effort to prepare fleet for battle: Not for the first time has the versatility and technological capability of the offshore support fleet astounded the military – It only comes as a surprise to those not familiar with the offshore oil industry and the demands it places on ships and those crewing them, that the Navies of the world do not have the same level of technology available and their personnel often lack the same levels of skill and experience. Most noteworthy was the MSV Stena Seaspread, a refitted diving and maintenance vessel, which was sent to the Falklands to act as a floating workshop for the warships. During the period of hostilities the MVS Stena Seaspread carried out damage and other repairs in mid-ocean to more than 50 ships, including 10 fleet warships and four captured vessels.

1984: (Sir David Checketts) is created director UK International Signals and Control Technologies: 1985: (James Geurin: US ISCT) paid £650.000 ($1.2m) to "business assosiates" through Checketts company; Pense leworth Ltd. 1987: US ISCT bought by Ferranti: Checketts created Senior Executive of new merged company; Ferranti International Signal Plc: 1989: Checketts resigns: 1992: James Geurin sentenced to 15 years imprisonment (Fraud - fictitious contracts – money laundering) Ferantti broken up: Ferranti Inertial Land Surveying System (FILS) integrated navigation positioning system, and Ferranti Sub Sea Systems; defence businesses purchased by GEC. *Affidavit: Signed 11 May 1994: Commonwealth Premier KCMG: Stephen Mowbray McDermott KC Esq: Disclosed to Civil Services official enquiry; (146000/103632/KC/KC), and to police officers under authority to John Stevens. Later surprisingly, (no offence committed?!), summonsed to court by Stevens to produce my driving documents for investigation.

1995: (0033022: John Stevens v. Stephen McDermott. Refusing to disclose my driving documents to the police, especially my "Frizzel motor vehicle insurance documents"): "Under provisions of Section 1 Official Secrets Act, a person subject to these provisions; is guilty of an OSA offence if without lawful authority he discloses any information or document relating to security or intelligence.” A Jury trial under the provisions of 1989 OSA agreed in court, and a jury trial is scheduled. The following day, the former Attorney General Mayhew, who had formally received my credentials from the Inns of Court, College of Arms, and NSY, (now created a Privy Counsellor, under secrecy oath, as the NI Secretary of State), together with John Stevens, (investigating the "Frizzel bombing case in NI) obtain a PIC from Judge Justice Owen, prohibiting all/any juries from hearing any submissions from me. I was thereafter classified as a "suspected terrorist." The same PIC is used against my recorded (but suppressed) submissions to Stevens prosecution in "1997 Diana Inquest".

* 2006: HMRC prosecution for Income tax & NI contributions evasion; 1981-2006. HMRC demand for "Royal Warrant Officer of the Crown" authority, and details of service & etc, etc, to be brought before the judge in Court proceedings. Upon such disclosures and coincidental resignation of Head of HMRC, the case is dropped by HMRC by a letter to court.

*October 2011: (Stephen2nd v. PII) Case A20110178 at the Crown Court in Newcastle. Judge orders full police and CPS enquiry into submitted evidence against the Stevens PII, adjourns case in demand I attend the next hearing under threat of penalty of Contempt of Court. All of these judges, CPS and other court personal present at the first proceedings, do not turn up at the scheduled adjourned hearing. October 2011. The former Home Secretary, (when Mayhew was Attorney General), enacted legislation (http://www.official-documents.gov.uk/document/cm81/8194/8194.pdf).

* March 2016: Notice of intended prosecution under same procedural circumstances.

which will ever give countenance to honest and Christian endeavours

against bitter censures and uncharitable imputations.

The Royal Arms: In the reign of Henry III: English heraldry was regarded as a Science, by being in possession of a system, a classification, and a technical language of its own. It is still the essence of a heraldic language to be concise yet complete, expressive, and abounding in suggestions. The repetition of any important word is scrupulously avoided; and, where it would be required, another form of expression is substituted in its stead. Much meaning is left to be implied and understood. [1] This science of substituted expression of suggestion; was researched in the 19th century by Arthur Charles Fox-Davis, who implied that such expressions were Cyphers.

 • CIPHER/CYPHER: A secret or disguised manner of writing, whether by characters arbitrarily invented, or by an arbitrary use of letters or characters in other than their ordinary sense, by making single words stand for sentences or phrases, or by other conventional methods intelligible only to those possessing the key; a cryptograph. Also anything written in cipher, and the key to such a system.
