Your recent editing history at The Plum Guide shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Deleterion of David Demola
Dear Vinay Gowda,
The subject is notable and featured on Christian networks. He has been accredited by Creflo Dollar and preaches to the 38th largest megachurch in the country as of 2017. Please do not mess with articles on prominent Christian leaders. May I have the original work for self-review and I will redo this article with sources for credibility? This will be redone neutrally and in an encyclopedic way.

Repeated Reverting on article on "Samiksha Jaiswal".
Respected Sir/Madam,
Please tell why are you repeatedly reverting the article on Samiksha Jaiswal to #Redirect Zindagi Ki Mehek?
- @Helpful14: As Barkeep49 mentioned in the edit summary that the subject not yet demonstrated to be notable per WP:NACTOR so please do not revert as it's WP:TOOSOON for this actress to have a separate article. Thank you. GSS (talk|c|em)

User: Dhwalin - Clarification on The nature of edits
Respected Gss, I am having keen interest in to write and edit information on wikipedia. So I edit wikipedia articles, but only those articles for which I have clear and true information. Gradually I am being aware what to edit and how to edit. I am giving you surety next time you will not see any edits which make impression of undisclosed financial stake. If I clear in one line, none type of financial stake I am getting for any stack yet. New Page Review newsletter November 2019
Hello GSS,
This newsletter comes a little earlier than usual because the backlog is rising again and the holidays are coming very soon.
- Getting the queue to 0
There are now 804 holders of the New Page Reviewer flag! Most of you requested the user right to be able to do something about the huge backlog but it's still roughly less than 10% doing 90% of the work. Now it's time for action.
Exactly one year ago there were 'only' 3,650 unreviewed articles, now we will soon be approaching 7,000 despite the growing number of requests for the NPR user right. If each reviewer soon does only 2 reviews a day over five days, the backlog will be down to zero and the daily input can then be processed by every reviewer doing only 1 review every 2 days - that's only a few minutes work on the bus on the way to the office or to class! Let's get this over and done with in time to relax for the holidays.
Want to join? Consider adding the NPP Pledge userbox.
Our next newsletter will announce the winners of some really cool awards.
- Coordinator
Admin Barkeep49 has been officially invested as NPP/NPR coordinator by a unanimous consensus of the community. This is a complex role and he will need all the help he can get from other experienced reviewers.
- This month's refresher course
Paid editing is still causing headaches for even our most experienced reviewers: This official Wikipedia article will be an eye-opener to anyone who joined Wikipedia or obtained the NPR right since 2015. See The Hallmarks to know exactly what to look for and take time to examine all the sources.
- Tools
- It is now possible to select new pages by date range. This was requested by reviewers who want to patrol from the middle of the list.
- It is now also possible for accredited reviewers to put any article back into the New Pages Feed for re-review. The link is under 'Tools' in the side bar.
- Reviewer Feedback
Would you like feedback on your reviews? Are you an experienced reviewer who can give feedback to other reviewers? If so there are two new feedback pilot programs. New Reviewer mentorship will match newer reviewers with an experienced reviewer with a new reviewer. The other program will be an occasional peer review cohort for moderate or experienced reviewers to give feedback to each other. The first cohort will launch November 13.
- Second set of eyes
- Not only are New Page Reviewers the guardians of quality of new articles, they are also in a position to ensure that pages are being correctly tagged for deletion and maintenance and that new authors are not being bitten. This is an important feature of your work, especially while some routine tagging for deletion can still be carried out by non NPR holders and inexperienced users. Read about it at the Monitoring the system section in the tutorial. If you come across such editors doing good work, don't hesitate to encourage them to apply for NPR.
- Do be sure to have our talk page on your watchlist. There are often items that require reviewers' special attention, such as to watch out for pages by known socks or disruptive editors, technical issues and new developments, and of course to provide advice for other reviewers.
- Arbitration Committee
The annual ArbCom election will be coming up soon. All eligible users will be invited to vote. While not directly concerned with NPR, Arbcom cases often lead back to notability and deletion issues and/or actions by holders of advanced user rights.
- Community Wish list
There is to be no wish list for WMF encyclopedias this year. We thank Community Tech for their hard work addressing our long list of requirements which somewhat overwhelmed them last year, and we look forward to a successful completion.

Sant Singh Maskeen's page reverted
Hi,
Just noticed that the edits that I made on Sant Singh Maskeen's page were reverted back to an old revision due to reliability issues. Edits were primarily based on the information from his biography which would fall under both the category of 'Primary sources' and 'Secondary source.' Primary since it was an "original material" that was "close to an event", is an "account written by people who" were "directly involved" in Maskeen Ji's life. The biography did "offer an insider's view of an event, a period of history...(Wikipedia:Rs). Further, this particular biography could also be considered a secondary source since its "a document or recording that relates or discusses information originally presented elsewhere." His life events have been originally recorded by other historians in the form of text, speeches and other biographies as well.
Moreover, section titled "Death" was changed to "Death and Legacy" and a newspaper article was cited to support the information. This article too meets the reliability measurement standards of Wikipedia since Wikipedia:Rs states that "News reporting from well-established news outlets is generally considered to be reliable." The article was published by The Tribune, Ludhiana which is a "well-established news outlet."
I do agree that some of the sources, such as website references, added to support some sections may not meet reliability standards but I would like to bring something to your attention that the ONLY source used to base the current revision of this page ( "ਮਸਕੀਨ ਜੀ". Article is in Punjabi. www.maskeenji.net. Retrieved 7 December 2011.) is not reliable either. As such, it does not fall under the category of secondary sources, which Wikipedia:Rs states that should be primarily used to write Wikipedia. Not to mention, this source comes from a webpage which is opinionative.
Lastly, the information provided about Maskeen Ji on the page is not accurate. A few examples include the inaccurate list of languages he knew, the reason he wasn't able to continue his education, and list of jobs he worked, etc.
So please reconsider this decision.
Thank You!--Asingh238 (talk) 22:30, 10 November 2019 (UTC)
- Hello Asingh238, most of your edits were not supported by reliable sources, and you also removed maintenance tags too without making any required changes. I have restored the verifiable contents in the early life section that you added earlier, but I'm still unsure about the reliability of the book source you provided so, I have tagged it with {{Unreliable source?}}. The death and legacy section that you created had a few issues, the heading wasn't correct per MOS:HEADING, the first paragraph wasn't supported with a reliable source and the second paragraph had nothing, but a quotation from the chief secretary of a non-notable organisation so, if you still want to include the quotation, please add a request on the article talk page and provide a good reason why it must be included. Also, I have removed some unsourced contents and tagged a few with {{Citation needed}} so, if you want to help, please consider providing some reliable sources to support the current state of the article. Thank you GSS 💬 13:34, 11 November 2019 (UTC)

ArbCom 2019 election voter message
revision 926282623 on the page "Meghdeep Bose"
I've not been and not supposed to be compensated in any form (direct or indirect) to contribute to the page of "Meghdeep Bose". Why are you asking me details of my employer/client ? I am a freelancer and I have no client to mention in relevance to these contributions. How am I supposed to prove that these are voluntary contributions and not paid ?
- I am a freelancer... what is your relation with Meghdeep Bose and why are you desperately removing the maintenance tags? GSS 💬 18:45, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
I don't have any relations with Meghdeep Bose. In fact I am a fan of his works and the flag mentioning "advertisement", "resume" and "undisclosed payments" is not valid because most of the content mentioned (also well cited) on the article has been directly quoted or interpreted from news paper publications. if you're not in favor of the nature of article then please choose to correct it, but I find the "multiple issues" flags absolutely invalid.

Deletion of Delirious New York
Hi,
Recently the page for Delirious New York was removed on the basis of WP:UDP. Now, I'm sorry to say this, but this is nonsense. I've been on this site for 8 years now and started the article on the basis of its relevance to the world of architecture, publication history and influence. The article might be start-class, but is in no way a flyer or otherwise promotional, instead being supported with relevant, neutral sources and references. I have therefore reverted your deletion of the page.
Sincerely, TheNk22 (talk) 09:56, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
- @TheNk22: This looks like an accidental move since it was showing in the creation of log of a blocked undisclosed paid editor. GSS 💬 10:07, 22 November 2019 (UTC)

Tagging of Shahid Shabbir
I recently removed a speedy delete tag that you had placed on Shahid Shabbir. I do not think that Shahid Shabbir fits any of the speedy deletion criteria because "He is widely known for his work on discovering and restoring Sikh and Hindu religious places left in Pakistan after 1947" is a Claim of significence. I request that you consider not re-tagging Shahid Shabbir for speedy deletion without discussing the matter on the appropriate talk page. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 04:23, 24 November 2019 (UTC)
- @DESiegel: I'm not seeing anything beyond passing mentions and a Google search for "Shahid Shabbir" revealed nothing better so, I have proposed the article for deletion. GSS 💬 04:30, 24 November 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for your attention to Preply. I'd like to ask if you consider moving the UDP template either to the talk page or to the user's page of a person who violated the rule? Thanks.

@Anupam: Since you keep removing my messages from your talk page and since none of my messages reveals your real-life identity I'm going to add my replies here. All my previous replies can be seen here.
- What you mean by falsehood? all my comments are based on evidence that I'm happy to share with any admin who wants to review your block. That advert was posted in October 2018, and the review was added by you in January 2019 four years after you created Outlook Mobile so your claim doesn't make any sense. In October 2019, you hired a freelancer from Upwork to add comments on a talk page for you as well as to perform a few reverts what was your purpose? GSS 💬 18:41, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
- @Barkeep49:, He wants to continue paid editing without disclosing links to his off-wiki websites where he advertises? and his clients? that's a violation of WP:PAID. Why it took him years to understand our policies? do we really give this much chances to brand new paid editors? the list is not completed and his claim that he also provides consultation services is just an excuse, we can't review all becasue most of the adverts are protected, but from the title of those adverts, we can judge they aren't for consultation services. Out of all 50 paid jobs he took from Upwork he disclosed only 32 or something and we don't know about the rest of them. In June 2018 he was hired for something that reads: "Wikipedia New Page Reviewer/Administrator Needed" what that was for? as per WP:PAID he can't perform as a reviewer. His Upwork still give the impression that he provide Wikipedia services no matter directly or indirectly. He was abusing this platform by claiming that he works for the Wikimedia Foundation and also claimed I have propper administrative user rights in order to successfully upload articles on his Upwork profile. In October 2018, He was hired to add a new logo, media mentions, product launches etc., but it was never disclosed which is again a violation of WP:PAID. Last month he hired a freelancer from Upwork to comment on a talk page and perform a few reverts (that's what the advert reads) so, that means he literally hired someone to game the system and we have no idea how many times he did things like this in the past. Before he was blocked by Yunshui on 12th, he was working on 10 Wikipedia related projects which he needs to disclose that too. How we're going to trust this user who is constantly violating our policies? and keep lying. GSS 💬 02:35, 1 December 2019 (UTC)
- Oh forget to add. He claimed on his talk page that many of my projects are simply consultations and do not result in an article on Wikipe:dia because they do not meet WP:N, WP:RS and WP:V then why he created Frederick P. Hi. I'm OTRS agent. We've received an statement for file in this article, but now I see that you've move it from main space to user sandbox and now it's back. Is there still doubts about notability? If so, I can't proceed yet with the permission. Please let me know. Thanks. --Ganímedes (talk) 13:09, 1 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Ganímedes: I don’t think notability is an issue here. The article has been moved back to mainspace by someone with a possible conflict of interest so, their move could be challenged per WP:DRAFTIFY. GSS 💬 13:36, 1 December 2019 (UTC)

- Thanks a lot for the efforts GSS. I really appreciate it. Yes, the dubbing is in Lahori (Pakistani) Punjabi. your translation was really helpful in understanding the video fully. One can appreciate the joke only by knowing the language. Did you understand the connotations of the last line about the bear ? (I know, but want to check.) Also I think I did a decent translation. How do you rate my understanding of Punjabi out of 10 ? --DBigXrayᗙ 22:23, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
- Being a non-Punjabi speaker, you did a great job. I'm not sure if I understood the connotations of the last line, did you? By the way, thanks for sharing this video. GSS 💬 05:13, 22 January 2020 (UTC)
- Wow, I am overjoyed to get a 7 rating being a non Punjabi speaker. glad to know that you enjoyed it as well. The last line, has political meanings. Nawaz Sharif's Pakistan Muslim League (N) party's election symbol is Lion. During an election, a lion was "chained, placed on a vehicle and repeatedly paraded around as part of the election campaign" [2]. Sharif is often called lion by supporters, hence the reference. There is no bear that I am aware though, but it is obviously a bit of insulting reference to the opposition. DBigXrayᗙ 10:42, 22 January 2020 (UTC)

Notability
If I am not wrong, the biographies of Juhi Rustagi, Shivani Menon, Rishi S. Kumar, and Al Sabith does not conform with WP:NACTOR, WP:1E, or WP:TOOSOON. Probably created by fans of the show Uppum Mulakum. Can you consider nominating for deletion. 2409:4073:2089:B1C7:CD21:695F:2E9E:BBE8 (talk) 12:07, 7 December 2019 (UTC)
New Page Review newsletter December 2019
- Reviewer of the Year
This year's Reviewer of the Year is Rosguill. Having gotten the reviewer PERM in August 2018, they have been a regular reviewer of articles and redirects, been an active participant in the NPP community, and has been the driving force for the emerging NPP Source Guide that will help reviewers better evaluate sourcing and notability in many countries for which it has historically been difficult.
Special commendation again goes to Onel5969 who ends the year as one of our most prolific reviewers for the second consecutive year. Thanks also to Boleyn and JTtheOG who have been in the top 5 for the last two years as well.
Several newer editors have done a lot of work with CAPTAIN MEDUSA and DannyS712 (who has also written bots which have patrolled thousands of redirects) being new reviewers since this time last year.
Thanks to them and to everyone reading this who has participated in New Page Patrol this year.

- Redirect autopatrol
A recent Request for Comment on creating a new redirect autopatrol pseduo-permission was closed early. New Page Reviewers are now able to nominate editors who have an established track record creating uncontroversial redirects. At the individual discretion of any administrator or after 24 hours and a consensus of at least 3 New Page Reviewers an editor may be added to a list of users whose redirects will be patrolled automatically by DannyS712 bot III.
- Source Guide Discussion
Set to launch early in the new year is our first New Page Patrol Source Guide discussion. These discussions are designed to solicit input on sources in places and topic areas that might otherwise be harder for reviewers to evaluate. The hope is that this will allow us to improve the accuracy of our patrols for articles using these sources (and/or give us places to perform a WP:BEFORE prior to nominating for deletion). Please watch the New Page Patrol talk page for more information.
- This month's refresher course
While New Page Reviewers are an experienced set of editors, we all benefit from an occasional review. This month consider refreshing yourself on Wikipedia:Notability (geographic features). Also consider how we can take the time for quality in this area. For instance, sources to verify human settlements, which are presumed notable, can often be found in seconds. This lets us avoid the (ugly) 'Needs more refs' tag.
Merry Christmas!!
Thank you very much GSS for your thoughtful greeting. You have my very best wishes for this holiday season. May your heart be filled with happiness during this special time.CAPTAIN RAJU(T) 22:40, 20 December 2019 (UTC)

Hello GSS, Thanks for the message. I do not have a financial stake in the edits I have made; I have mostly been working on topics I am interested in/know a little about, either by editing the information or adding pages that exist on other versions of Wikipedia to the English Wikipedia site. I'm sorry if the article I translated does not meet Wikipedia guidelines -- perhaps I could edit it again to make it fit the guidelines better? Thanks for your guidance, I appreciate it. I don't provide any type of wikipedia service, I was hired by Dhawal to write about successful indian businessmen, so as I was searching for them, I learn about Gurbaksh Chahal and decided to add him, so I came to wikipedia to find more about him, obivously I was only interested in his business related information but what I found was some information regarding his case. If anyone want to write about his crime, then he/she make a seprate page for that. Same thing is stated again and again. I really heavily on wikipedia to get information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by M.A.K. Writers (talk • contribs) 15:11, 25 January 2020 (UTC)

Hello, could you help me? I can't fully understand if I can create and edit articles for people who ask me and offer some money or it is prohibited in Wikipedia? Thank you! Գարիկ Ավագյան (talk)
I do not yet know if this was a violation of guidelines and policies, but pinging participants from an AfD which concluded one year ago feels inappropriate. I have never seen this done. I do not believe it allows the AfD to proceed to a natural conclusion and develop a new WP:LOCALCONSENSUS. There is new information about this companies successes from 2019 which may have changed the AfD result. Anyway, I stopped by to tell you that pinging the participants seems out of process. Wikipedia page : Global Child Prodigy Awards
Hello sir
I am Prashant Cofounder of GCP Awards, recently my page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Child_Prodigy_Awards has been nominated for deletion and everyone in the comment is saying we are trying to do promotions. Respected sir, we are not at all trying to promote in any manner. This is the concept which we have been working from over 3 years without any commercial benefits. The initiative has received support from the following people
• Kailash Satyarthi Ji (Nobel Peace Laureate )
• Mr. Rodrigo Duterte (President of the Philippines)
• A R Rahman Ji
• Shri V S Radhakrishnan (State Minister of Education, Sri Lanka)
• General Bipin Rawat (Chief of The Army Staff)
• Admiral Sunil Lanba (Chief of the Naval Staff)
• Shri Amitabh Kant Ji (CEO, NITI Aayog)
• Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji (Honourable Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh)
• Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa (Chief of the Air Staff)
• Capt. Amarinder Singh (Honourable Chief Minister of Punjab)
• Shri. Vijay Rupani Ji (Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat)
• Shri Pinarayi Vijayan Ji (Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala)
• Shri Sarbananda Sonowal Ji (Honourable Chief Minister of Assam)
• Shri Lal Thanhawla (Honourable Chief Minister of Mizoram)
• Justice (Retd.) P. Sathasivam Ji (Governor, Kerala)
• Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki (Governor of Haryana)
• Dr. Kaarthikeyan (Former Director CBI)
• Admiral D. K Joshi (Lieutenant Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands)
and many others
Sir, recently we have done our first launch which has been covered organically by 428+ media organizations from different countries.
Sir even after all that the reviewers have made changes and it can be clearly seen that they are not at all trying to understand the concept sir. How to make them believe if not the newspapers, I wonder. Sir, I am new to this Wikipedia, I learned from the internet and created by our team with all the policies in mind. I may have done some mistakes but its a request to teach me my mistakes instead of deleting the page sir. Please understand the context and response. I can share more details via email if required. Please help
Thanks

Hi GSS. You are incorrect in your assumption. Please educate yourself by reading the edit thread and comments between me and GoodCrossing. --> "Hey, I've noticed you're editing the text to make it more neutral. To be honest, I'm also quite new so I'm not sure if it should be further updated but thanks for contributing! GoodCrossing (talk) 21:29, 8 January 2020 (UTC)" --MG2020DTC (talk) 16:25, 5 February 2020 (UTC)
In addition, I have reverted the article to the previous version that meets Wikipedias Guidelines and was edited with the help of GoodCrossing before you intervened. Please take note that this version provides valuable, non biased information based on the following :
provide accurate references for information that's already in the article (and we have a strong preference that the reference/citation be a reliable source) add or update facts, such as a person's date or place of birth, a company's location or number of employees, or details of a recent event - and if you do, please add a reference/citation; otherwise, other editors have no way of knowing if the change is true or not[1]MG2020DTC (talk) 16:32, 5 February 2020 (UTC)
There is very clear evidence to support my claim and your edit has been reverted back so, please do not revert back and see WP:DISCLOSEPAY and WP:3RR. GSS 💬 17:10, 5 February 2020 (UTC) I am sorry you feel that way and that you feel entitled to bully me. Please see WP:3RR yourself and adhere to that rule, as you were the first person to revert changes, you will be in breach of this before I am. Thanks. MG2020DTC (talk) 17:27, 5 February 2020 (UTC) Stop icon Your recent editing history at The Plum Guide shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree.
