This is WP:DUCK. Psychology Forever was CU'd during the first SPI, but was not connected by CU info. Today they recreated a draft for Jonathan Kis-Lev.

See the first SPI for their:

persistent addition of bogus references for Kis-Lev's self-published books (they changed all the sources to read "Goldsmith Press" rather than the actual self-pub press),
their Kis-Lev uploads to Commons, and
their promotion of Kis-Lev in article space,
their two drafts for Kis-Lev's Unidance company in their user space. The accounts associated with this SPI have been using Wikipedia to promote Kis-Lev for 8 years.
