William Rushworth (organ builder)

William Rushworth was an organ builder, and founder of the musical instrument firm Rushworth & Dreamer[1], who were noted for the manufacture of organs at The Queen's College, Oxford[2], The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst[3], Goldsmiths' College[4], Guilford Cathedral[5] and Liverpool Philharmonic Hall[6].
Personal Life
Rushworth was born in 1807 in Honley, West Yorkshire, and baptized on the 23rd of October.[7] He had three children: Edwin, Alfred and Walter. His wife, Sarah, died in 1844.[7]
