Found significant behavioral evidence suggesting that this account is a sock of User:Art Lover. User created Draft:John Kiss old version after Jonathan Kis-Lev was deleted via Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jonathan Kis-Lev. This (non-notable) person has a history of using Wikipedia for self-promotion. This account was also used to create drafts about their own art: Draft:Spray Me, Draft:The Spray Witch. The behavioral pattern is very conclusive, he continue to edit the entries he wrote before under his previous names, and even participated in the delete discussion. Noting אמנות או נמות was renamed to Everybuckwheat [1] and they were listed in the 08 June 2020 report, though no action was taken at that time as there was very limited behavioural evidence. However, since 3 June 2021, this user has been highly focused on the works and biography of John Kiss / Jonathan Kis-Lev and in promoting this artist like no other user. This is clear enough that on behaviour and shared interest I am comfortable to call them connected. Awaiting administrative action - Please block Everybuckwheat indefinitely as a suspected sockpuppet. I can do the G5 cleanup. --Jack Frost (talk) 23:45, 23 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Additional information needed: @Jack Frost: Shared interest in the same non-notable individual is obviously a huge red flag, but I'm not seeing much more evidence than that, and I don't think it on its own is enough for a block.
