Hi James1221911! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Republican Party (United States) that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. ––FormalDude talk 01:58, 24 February 2022 (UTC)

Greenman (talk) 15:35, 10 May 2022 (UTC)Ideologies
You don't need to add the word "Australian" to ideologies in words about Australian political parties. It's not going to be British liberalism or American liberalism, is it. ITBF (talk) 10:52, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
- You silly billy!!! The article is linked to Australian Liberalism and Conservatism. Now it may be an Australian political party, but Conservatism is a broad term. Using (Australian) shows the reader it can be more specific. For example, the American Republican Party uses the ideology "Conservatism". The Conservatism of the LPA is greatly different to that of the GOP. This shows that. JamesJ (talk) 12:25, 21 June 2022 (UTC)

Paul Brereton
Hello. As has been clearly pointed out already, your edits to Paul Brereton are in violation of WP:BLP, WP:V and WP:BRD. Your original edit was reverted, per WP:BLP and WP:BRD, as an uncited addition to a biography of a living person. You then re-added the material with a reference that does not support the edit, thus failing verification (WP:V). Continuing to re-add unsupported material to a BLP, while accusing others of disruptive editing, goes against WP:BRD and WP:3RR. I would strongly suggest you brush up on Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, as your editing is disruptive and not in the spirit of the project. Abraham, B.S. (talk) 23:51, 31 July 2022 (UTC)
