I've partially blocked the last two /64s they've used [2600:1009:B10F:91FD:0:0:0:0/64 (block range · block log (global) · WHOIS (partial)) and 2603:6010:145:8300:0:0:0:0/64 (block range · block log (global) · WHOIS (partial))], which should cover all of the IPs they've used in August and September.
