Part of being collaborative is being willing to take criticism and use it to better yourself. Labeling those who leave critical comments as "unhappy campers" only shows that you are not willing to take criticism. If multiple more experienced editors are criticizing your actions, chances are they are right. Not heeding their warnings and advice could lead to a block for WP:NOTHERE. Don't take this as a threat, as I am not an admin. I have seen many editors refuse to listen to criticism and change their behavior, leading to blocks.
