Thank you!

[edit]

I just thought to check and saw that you have been systematically reverting those automated deletions of former placenames by Materialscientist that I challenged at their user talk and then asked about at WikiProject Poland (discussion continues) and WikiProject Germany. I don't know how you have even identified them, Materialscientist makes so many edits, but there is clear agreement that the name removals, at least, should be undone. Thank you very much for stepping up and doing that. Yngvadottir (talk) 12:05, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Seconded, thank you. The names of these towns as they were known to the world for centuries, and perhaps more importantly as they were known the people who lived their lives there and whose bones are buried in that earth, are undeniably historically and genealogically relevant and deserve to be included. Inclusion of these names should not be regarded as controversial in the slightest. Your efforts in this matter have my appreciation and support. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:32, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Mayors of Breslau indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 02:49, 30 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Always precious

[edit]

Ten years ago, you were found precious. That's what you are, always. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:40, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
