Proposed merger with Counties of Northern Ireland

I propose that this article be redirected to Counties of Northern Ireland. There is only one source so far that makes mention to Upper Tyrone as well as Nether Tyrone, and nothing else is given other than their mention on a map of counties from the 1590s. So failing to meet proper notability for an article of its own i suggest it'd be better redirecting to the NI counties article where the history of its counties is given in more detail than on the Counties of Ireland article.
