A few clarifications are needed
[edit]There is a subtle but important distinction between PR as PTS (Professional Technical Scheme) or FTS (Family ties scheme). This is of relevance as it appears there is some differences in renewal of REP's and those on FTS seem to have less issues (anecdotally).
