Letter from labour activist Jessie Stephen

Apparently, Jessie Stephen wrote a letter to Bell[2][3]. Is this documented anywhere for use as a secondary source? Is it likely to be relevant? Did he know Stephen? -- Trevj (talk) 13:04, 7 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
