Expansion into article

@Edward: I was going to nominate this redirect for deletion (WP:REDLINK) on the basis of multiple topic overlaps (passing mentions in each of Tim Hayward, Chelsea bun, Timeline of Cambridge) and quickly realised there is enough published history about Fitzbillies that the path of least resistance is just to write a Start-class article myself.
