Plot

Strong, smart and incorruptible Igor Grom is a real superhero. Everything in his life is wonderful: during the day he restores order in St. Petersburg, and in the evenings he meets with a beautiful journalist. And suddenly a mysterious villain appears in the city, who calls himself the Phantom and invites Igor to play a dangerous game.^[5]
