blinx is a media hub headquartered in Dubai Media City, specializing in digital storytelling aimed at the MENA region. Officially launched in September 2023, blinx focuses on delivering a wide range of digital content formats targeted at young viewers across the Arab world.[1]

Nakhle Elhage

The General Manager of blinx is Nakhle Elhage a journalist and director for some of the biggest news channels in the MENA region. Following his footsteps, blinx aims to fill the gap in fast-paced digital content that traditional media often overlooks providing news, entertainment, and infotainment stories specifically curated for young audiences.[2]

In conjunction with its launch, blinx introduced its own TV and mobile application in 2023. The app provides users with access to a variety of content genres in both long and short formats. It features exclusive video content and serves as a platform where users can browse and engage with the wide array of content produced by blinx.[2]

Facilities

blinx operates out of advanced production facilities, which include the MENA region's first Metaverse extended reality studios. These studios are equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to enhance the production quality and viewer experience by creating immersive and interactive content.[3]

Awards and Recognition

In 2023, blinx was awarded the ASBU BroadcastPro Awards for BroadcastPro's Innovative Project of the Year. This recognition highlights the company's efforts in pioneering innovative media projects in the region.[4]
