"Former members" or "Past collaborators"?

[edit]

I've changed the heading "Former members" to "Past collaborators", primarily because with KMFDM, this is a more appropriate categorization. Only in recent history (around the time of Hau Ruck) has KMFDM been consistently comprised of core musicians--previously, dozens of artists participated in albums and tours, and each lineup was different for each project. Some only appeared once, some skipped an album or two and came back later, some were primarily involved with the live shows. So while Bill Reiflin and Raymond Watts may not be currently involved with KMFDM, they never formally left--or were they even considered "members" to begin with? If it is decided that the "Current members" heading should stay, I think this should only include En Esch and Guenter Schulz, since both have specifically stated that they will no longer be involved with KMFDM; and maybe Tim Skold, since he seems to be permanently involved with Marilyn Manson. Thoughts? --buck 15:03, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds good to me. -- rynne 15:13, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

pig

[edit]

It doesn't seem right to list pig as a side project. Watts has spent much more time w/ pig than KMFDM. It would be like listing FLA as a side-project of SP. I'm moving pig to the related sub-section. Naufana : talk 23:05, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I hadn't noticed that, but I would have done the same thing. Thanks for catching that! --buck 02:35, 8 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
