Dreams Donuts is a Belgian multinational franchise specializing in customizable donuts and beverages.

Founded in 2020 by Ilyas Aoussar in Charleroi, Belgium, the brand introduced a three-step customization process, enabling customers to personalize donuts with a selection of glazes, fillings, and toppings. Starting with local popularity, Dreams Donuts expanded across Belgium and, in 2020, entered the French market. Following steady growth, the brand launched international franchises across Europe by 2023, notably in Spain^[1] and Italy.

History and growth

2019: Dreams Donuts opens its first store in Charleroi, Belgium, introducing its customizable donut concept that quickly gains popularity^[2].
2020: The brand expands across Belgium with stores in Ath, Binche, Mons, and Mouscron, building a strong national presence.
June 2021: Dreams Donuts launches the "Drink Corner," adding iced coffee, bubble tea, and other beverages to its menu.
October 2021: Dreams Donuts opens its first locations in France, in Valenciennes^[3] and Douai^[4], marking the beginning of its expansion in french^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8]^[9]^[10] and internationally.
March 2022: The brand participates in the Franchise Expo to explore new partnerships and strengthen its franchise model.
May 2022: Following training in Italy, Dreams Donuts adds Italian-style gelato to its offerings, diversifying its product range.
October 2023: Dreams Donuts joins the Milan Franchise Expo to further its European presence.
November 2023: The brand partners with Touche Pas à Mon Poste (TPMP) to increase visibility and opens its first Italian franchise.
March 2024: Dreams Donuts continues its European expansion with a new location in Malaga, Spain^[11]^[1].
September 2024: The brand receives the Wallonia Export Start Award, highlighting its innovation and strong international growth^[12].
