Merger proposal

[edit]

I am proposing a merger of this article (and of the MTA Bus Company article) into New York City Transit buses, because of the impending departure of Long Island Bus from the MTA's stable of operations on December 31, 2011.--AEMoreira042281 (talk) 03:17, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion is at Talk:New York City Transit buses#Merger proposal. Acps110 (talkcontribs) 21:10, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Article name query

[edit]

If this article about buses in New York city operated by the MTA, why isn't it titled something like Buses in New York City? The "official" name isn't very helpful to a layperson!

Does anyone have any thoughts about moving this article? Turini2 (talk) 10:25, 12 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
