Chicken riggies is just a recipe. I am just trying to define what the dish is. I am not promoting a specific company. I am just explaining where the dish comes from and also an example of a recipe of it. I listed websites to back up my claims. What needs to be altered to keep it up?

It should be noted that Wikipedia is not a how-to guide. Most of this article is how to make chicken riggies. Useight 05:20, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It has been imported to en.wb; please remove the recipe content and make this an encyclopedia article. Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 22:47, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Not a spedy deletion candidate

Hi! This is definitely not a speedy deletion candidate. A little Google searching shows that this is a well-known regional dish, and important enough that somebody did at least one TV show about it. I agree the article could be improved. As to the best way to do the article, I'd take a look at some other regional food articles, like Pasty or San Francisco burrito or Chicago-style pizza. Hope that helps, and feel free to drop me a note if you have questions. William Pietri 10:37, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. I have added a {{cleanup}} tag to the article. Yes, I am aware of WP:SOFIXIT, but I only have a few minutes before class. Useight 16:19, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

pov

two lines of this article:

It is a delicious concoction consisting of a variety of hearty ingredient this dish will definitely keep you warm during those blustery, Central New York winters.

are POV and sound like a promotional article rather then an encyclopedia article I have looked at a lot of culinary wikipedia articles and have never seen statements like these in any one of them..
