A container terminal is a facility where sea containers are loaded and unloaded from and to lorries, trains or ships for further transport. The biggest container terminals can be found in the major harbours as containers are carried mostly over sea (therefore the name seacontainer). The biggest European container terminal can be found at Rotterdam. --Wluders 07:21, 11 August 2005 (UTC)
