"Reach for the Stars" game show
In case if you don't remember, that game show was produced by Merv Griffin Productions back then. So that game show is currently owned by Sony Pictures Television due to the fact that Merv Griffin sold Merv Griffin Enterprises to Columbia Pictures Television in 1986. Princess Waltz
I don't agree that my article breached any copyrighted material, I tried editing most articles but was hard pressed for time. Simply deleting the whole article instead of removing the parts which were copied seems a bit counter productive to me. Took me almost two hours to find the right "moonspeak" for the characters names. Having it all thrown out the window now means I have to sit through another grueling hour of copying moonspeak. Or maybe there some way for me to access my article and reedit it so I don't have to work from scratch? Also -- the help pages are crap. There is to much information non of which is easily accessed unless you have already been using the pages for some time.

Why did you delete the Ghoul page for the australian band
sorry, im up in arms about this deletion. it is a genuine band with genuine members... why did you delete it?
Thank you for the Princess Waltz information
I would like to thank you for your quick reply and resourcefulness. To be honest I am totally new at writing at Wikipedia. It is easy to make mistakes especially when it comes to the legal problems. You see to be very familiar with Wikipedia -- can you explain a bit more about the picture copyright issues? For instance, how do you add to special "tags" to pictures (it was mentioned in the legal issues) I was also wondering, exactly how far can one go when posting a picture? Editing a copyrighted picture is very easy, but from say a game then wouldn't all pictures from said game be copyrighted? wouldn't editing a picture bee seen as violating art? (or something?) So, say I get permission from Peach Princess -- how do I confirm this proof if say the permission was given in an email? (I haven't received any such permission, just asking for future clarification.)
ah sorry... I am asking you a bunch of questions offering nothing in return... I'm sorry.

Hi, you deleted a page on Oliver Goossens yesterday according to A7 - i.e. there was no stating of his significance. Is award winning poet from the british council not enough?
Clark Kent
I need to edit the Notes section of Clark Kent. The first note says something that isn't true..i clicked on editing it and all it had was reflist in {{}}s how do i fix that?
my deletion?
I was wondering what was wrong with it?? "The Random DJs" 7:49pm, Jan.26
I don't understand why you are going to delete this.
I don't understand why you are going to delete GATE Corporation (Prison Break). Whole descriptions of there are true, not fiction. You need to see S04E03 of Prison Break.
How do I post a new page?
Hi, I am new to Wikipedia, I am trying to post a page about an icon on the PGA Tour. My page was deleted for copyright infringement... is this because I have the same text on my website? Is it still infringement if I wrote the text that's on my site?
Thank you.
Deletion of Apple Wellington Poem Page
This page was deleted on the ground of being "patent nonsense," however, it does not fall under either definition of "patent nonsense" given by Wikipedia. Nonsense "falls into two categories: 1. Total nonsense, i.e., text or random characters that have no assignable meaning at all. This includes sequences such as "sdfgdsfkgdyhkflmaololol;;'dsfg", in which keys of the keyboard have been pressed with no regard for what is typed. 2. Content that, while apparently meaningful after a fashion, is so completely and irredeemably confused that no reasonable person can be expected to make any sense of it whatsoever."
Wikipedia, Patent nonsense, available at, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:PN (last visited Jan. 29, 2009).
The page had legible, comprehensible text. People were able to make sense of the text and its meaning. As a result, "patent nonsense" is not a valid basis for deleting the page. There may be other bases for deletion, but deletion on the basis of "patent nonsense" is an arbitrary and capricious use of your power to delete. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wellingtonapple (talk • contribs) 21:32, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yes it is patent nonsense, it's about some form of poetry you made up. Stifle (talk) 16:45, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

Chen Chimutengwende - Inappropriate speedy deletion
I noticed that Chen Chimutengwende had been speedied for "Article that has no meaningful, substantive content"
The text said "Chen Chimutengwende served as the acting Information Minister in Zimbabwe."
A3 says "No content. Any article (other than disambiguation pages, redirects, or soft redirects) consisting only of external links, category tags and "see also" sections, a rephrasing of the title, attempts to correspond with the person or group named by its title, chat-like comments, template tags and/or images. However, a very short article may be a valid stub if it has context, in which case it is not eligible for deletion under this criterion. Similarly, this criterion doesn't cover a page with an infobox with non-trivial information." from Wikipedia:CSD#A3 - The text of that article clearly did not correspond to the conditions of A3.
Also you did not notify me that the article had been speedied.
Please only speedy specifically according to the criteria. WhisperToMe (talk) 00:00, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
- Apology accepted :) - Next time be careful when deciding whether to speedy an article - Oftentimes I prefer to use PROD as it gives people time to correct any errors in the article. WhisperToMe (talk) 00:06, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
You deleted my stuff.
I created a page dedicated to Reclaimer Comic, and you swiftly deleted it. You cited some random rule that does not pertain to the situation, and I am now a sad panda. Please explain the action. —Preceding unsigned comment added by PikminGod (talk • contribs) 01:45, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
HMMM
I thought I had included a 3rd party sorce. I did it inside the article. The fact that it is listed on the Bungie Blog is a huge deal. Is there somewhere else I should post that or is that not enough? —Preceding unsigned comment added by PikminGod (talk • contribs) 01:54, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
So what do I need to do to establish notability? This is new to me. HALP!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by PikminGod (talk • contribs) 02:14, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
hi admin:
On the 29th of january you wrote "Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the PAK ABOAGYE article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted"
I wish to state that the biographical statements made on the page regarding Mr. Aboagye were in my own words.
The only copyrighted text are titles of his written books and I've attached web sources to avoid plagiarism. There is no text copied from those websites apart from the correct titles of books he wrote in the Nzema language.
Could you please point out the copyrighted statements apart from titles of his books?
Thanks so much for your great work in helping inform the world.

Adrian Silver-- deletion?
You replied saying that there is a notability issue-- if Adrian Silver is notable in that he is a distinguished young porn star, why is he not allowed to have a page? I can point out dozens of others on Wikipedia that has a page. If Adrian Silver is not allowed to have a page on here, then I suggest you start pulling all the other ones off of the wiki. This definitely does not exercise the original intent of a wiki. This is about as bad as the United Kingdom and China blocking off Wikipedia access.
Please reconsider.

Hi, I was curious why my page was deleted since I wrote the original article that was copyrighted. Can you please explain.
Thanks! Sadrummer (talk) 04:42, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
Page deleted.
Hi, I am also curious why a page was deleted since I wrote the original article that was copyrighted. Can you please explain why you did not ask the author (me) or have a discussion before deleting? Please reinstate as this is open material, my material, and I give permission to use.
PS: I don't think you should be simply deleting articles without taking time to discuss or ask details.
Thanks!

Hello, I've recently recreated an article that was deleted not too long ago. I think you'll find with the sources I've included that it is beyond notable and warrants an article. Please advise me on what else I can do to keep it. The woman that started the original is no longer editing Wikipedia, but I've been given full permission to place her words back into my article, but only once it has been accepted by the site's users. Can you please indicate what made the recently deleted "iLLusive Design Incorporated" article blatant advertising so I can make the needed corrections.
