Oyster motoyaki

Motoyaki is a style of cooking, involving baked food topped with a mayonnaise-based sauce served in an oyster shell. Typically available in Japanese restaurants on the Pacific coast.

Examples of motoyaki dishes are oyster motoyaki and seafood motoyaki.
